Complete the Membership Application
- Fill out the Membership Application & Subscription Form.
- Submit a Board Resolution approving your membership.
Pay the One-Time Membership Fee
Submit the One-Time Membership Fee of ₱500.00.
Subscribe to Shares
- Common Shares Subscription: Minimum of ₱40,000.00 (₱1,000/Share).
- Paid-Up Shares: Minimum of ₱10,000.00.
CETF Remittance
No required percentage for Cooperative Education and Training Fund (CETF) remittance — your cooperative decides the amount.
